Filler Masterbatches formula

Formula component:

Calcium carbonate 85%
LDPE  10%
HDPE  5%
Couplint agent   0.5%
Whiteruss    4%

Masterbatches technical data:Density ≤1.7 g/cm3、Moisture content ≤0.2%、Melt flow rate 5~10 g/10 min、Granularity (3×3×4)mm。

The carrier resin of the formula  is LDPE and HDPE。The carrier resin of normal masterbatches may be a kind or more than resin compound, the usage rate of the carrier is around 15%~30% of  the quantity of masterbatches。

We have set up the Customer Service Centers in CN and TW, which can provide the customer with sophisticated technical consulting, repair and services.

Free training shall be provided on site for whole installation and commissioning period.
